Senior Controller Production (f/m/d)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end financial closing, including analysis of production P/L (e.g., variance analysis) and develop financial forecasts.
- Continuously monitor key financial KPIs, evaluate risks, and provide financial analysis and advice to the operations management team regarding efficiency, process improvement, and cost savings.
- Ensure adherence to IC pricing principles and Transfer Pricing guidelines in line with internal/external standards and requirements.
- Maintain accuracy of inventory valuations, including flow of materials through the plant.
- Manage fixed assets, including capital appropriation processes, asset valuations, and compliance with FHCS fixed asset policies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper internal controls according to Freudenberg Group and FHCS guidelines.
- Support Make-or-Buy scenarios by providing inputs regarding local production costs.
- Meet all FHCS/Freudenberg Group reporting due dates.
- Assist in developing annual operating plans for operations.
- Maintain current and accurate cost accounting records.
- Support the implementation of changes in corporate standards and procedures.
- Handle ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Reports to: Senior Manager Finance and Controlling Production or Director.
- Functionally reports to: Senior Manager or Director of Finance and Controlling.
- No direct reports.

Professional Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for communication with FHCS group stakeholders.
Specific Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements.
- Knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Experience in cost and investment controlling.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Understanding of Lean Methods.
