• Define and execute cost initiatives, bridging between CS CS3 and core activities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in SSD topics and accounting matters.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience; management background preferred.
• Consulting experience or equivalent.
• Certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter with tax qualifications.
• Knowledge of balance sheet accounting, taxation, and financial closing.
• Manage monthly and annual financial statements efficiently.
