YOC is seeking an experienced Controller to join the finance team in Berlin. You will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring transparency of performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

The role involves enhancing controlling reports, KPIs, variance analyses, and participation in strategic projects and process improvements. A degree in a relevant field and ERP/BI tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an IT environment.
• Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style.
