The Role

Our Controlling team is looking for a Senior Controller with extensive experience in international controlling and accounting to be a strong partner and advisor for all stakeholders inside our LucaNet Group. As a team, we collaborate closely and thrive together as one team.

What you'll do

1. Further develop our KPI system to enable data-based decisions across the LucaNet Group at any time.
2. Shape the corporate planning and forecasts of the LucaNet Group throughout the year.
3. Support our subsidiaries within the scope of investment controlling.
4. Create target performance comparisons and ad-hoc analyses and derive appropriate measures in collaboration with other teams.
5. Be responsible for HR-controlling.

What you bring to the table

1. University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/accounting or a comparable qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in controlling, auditing, or accounting.
3. Familiarity with KPIs in the SaaS environment.
4. Ideally, experience with LucaNet and common BI tools.
5. Strong communication, conflict management, and teamwork skills.
6. Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
