About the role :

We are seeking an experienced, English-speaking Senior Content Marketing Manager & Copywriter to join our marketing team. You will collaborate with the Acquisition, Partner, and Product teams to shape how audiences perceive Billie and its offerings. Your responsibilities include creating engaging content across various channels and formats, from social media and web to print and advertising. A creative mindset, strong writing skills, and a solid understanding of the B2B e-commerce, payments, and tech landscape are essential.

Your main responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams to execute content strategies by producing compelling content that aligns with brand, content, and SEO guidelines.
• Support sales and acquisition efforts with tailored creative copies for campaigns across all owned, earned, and paid channels, including websites, social media, landing pages, blogs, ads, and emails.
• Create well-researched, differentiated long-form content such as white papers to educate audiences about business problems and solutions, establishing Billie as a thought leader in B2B payments and e-commerce.
• Update and maintain our tone of voice and content style guidelines, managing localization for marketing and product content with freelance translators.
• Manage all content marketing activities via our website, content gating, email flows, and other channels.
• Own and grow our social media presence.

Who we are looking for :

• 5+ years of experience creating marketing content, preferably in B2B, enterprise, fintech, or financial industries.
• Strong background in fintech or financial services content creation and marketing.
• Degree or professional experience in translation, creative writing, journalism, or literature.
• Native English speaker with excellent communication, grammar, and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt writing style to various formats and audiences, using modern, inclusive language.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing, sales, and product content.
• Experience integrating SEO and following style, tone, voice guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in an agile environment and collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with content tools like Contentful, Ahrefs, ReadMe, Prismic, Phrase, and Google Suite is a plus.
• Experience in localization and translation management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering quality work on time.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a positive, collaborative attitude. Ability to own projects from ideation to delivery.
• Professional English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.
