Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a UX writer or content designer to craft UI microcopy, onboarding flows, emails, and lifecycle communications. You will collaborate closely with the AI Content Strategist, product designers, and product managers to shape consistent content across the product.

Bring 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to move fast in a product-driven environment. You will test AI-generated content for tone and clarity and contribute to lightweight style

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in UX writing or content design with a product focus.
• Portfolio required, including product UX writing samples such as onboarding flows, UI microcopy, or system messages.
• Demonstrated experience writing microcopy, onboarding flows, and notifications/emails.
• Strong writing speed and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working within established content frameworks and guidelines.
• Exposure to AI products or prompt-based content (Nice to Have).
• Experience with onboarding or lifecycle journeys (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or Workday (Nice to Have).

• Contribute example content for AI training and prompting
