We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in the public sector for our Berlin office. As an enthusiastic professional in the field of digitalization and innovation, you have already acquired valuable experience in the consulting industry. Your dedication to driving change motivates you to collaborate with our team and lead digital transformations in the public sector and beyond.
Responsibilities
In this role, we entrust you with the following tasks:
- Designing cross-functional (digitalisation & innovation) strategies, developing business models, business plans, portfolio and positioning strategies (especially for the public sector).
- Accompanying cultural change in the public sector and supporting in dealing with big data and disruptive technologies (e.g. generative AI).
- Conducting market, competition and best practice analyses.
- Project management and coordination of internal and external project teams.
- Preparation and presentation of meaningful decision papers.
- Professional communication - both internally within the team and externally with decision-makers up to C-level.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- A completed diploma/Master's degree (e.g. in business administration, economics, business informatics, public management or similar), with excellent grades from a renowned university.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, project management and/or corporate/business development.
- International experience through studies or professional practice.
- First contact points with consulting projects on digitalisation in the public sector as well as experience with public procurement processes.
- Sound knowledge of trends, technologies and models in the field of digitalisation as well as knowledge of e-government and the corresponding legal and regulatory framework in the public sector.
- Strong affinity for and high interest in trend topics such as AI, Metaverse, Big Data, etc.
- Passion for positive, social change.
- Entrepreneurship as well as analytical and strategic thinking.
- You view yourself as a consultant and service provider.
- Assertiveness, strength of implementation, and strong communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Self-confident demeanor, combined with an independent and results-oriented working style.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Business fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken).
