• Expérience dans plusieurs projets d'implémentation SAP SuccessFactors.
• Très bonne connaissance et certification dans un module SAP SuccessFactors.
• Autonomie, curiosité et compétences en communication.

• Conseiller et soutenir les clients dans l'implémentation de SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyser les processus d'affaires et proposer des améliorations.

Your Profile

• Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Very good knowledge and certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding,...)
• Willingness to learn and curiosity
• Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their training
• High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and good English skills
