About the role

Our Risk Management Northern Europe team seeks German-speaking experts to join as Senior Consultants in our Risk Management Advisory section. With over 100 employees across Hamburg (Germany), BeNeLux, and Norway, we offer a broad service portfolio along the entire energy value chain. Our German Risk Management Advisory team provides consulting and training in areas such as:

• Process Hazard Analysis (HAZID, HAZOP, FME(C)A, FTA, ETA, etc.)
• Safety management system implementation and auditing
• Functional Safety
• Reliability analysis
• Incident investigation

We support projects throughout their lifecycle, from feasibility to decommissioning, working closely with other disciplines and our global network of risk consultants. As a German-speaking consultant, you will work across these service areas and may specialize further.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing key client relationships in risk management
• Supporting new client development and proposal setup
• Developing and implementing technical and organizational solutions for clients
• Providing expertise in process and plant safety
• Conducting safety studies and risk management projects
• Delivering training, workshops, audits, and desktop analyses
