We are looking for a passionate (Senior) Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service to join our team in Saarbrücken. The ideal candidate has experience with multi-channel customer service solutions, especially within Dynamics Customer Service, and is eager to develop innovative concepts and guide clients through their implementation.

As a Consultant, you will advise clients on Microsoft solutions and manage projects from needs analysis to rollout. Your responsibilities include:

  • Consulting on digitalizing customer service processes within a comprehensive customer experience strategy
  • Designing solutions and implementing them using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Automating service processes with AI, chatbots, and configuration
  • Integrating call center or telephony solutions with MS Dynamics Customer Service
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions for clients
  • Leading projects and sub-projects

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, especially in customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service (Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Teams Voice)
  • Understanding of key service KPIs
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering
  • Initial experience or strong interest in marketing automation

This position is available in multiple locations across Germany, including Saarbrücken and other major cities.
