Your Role

• Strategically advise on processes and technologies: You feel at home with Microsoft 365 technologies. In close collaboration with clients, you shape the collaborative working environment of tomorrow alongside their business and IT departments.
• Handling requirements: You gather and analyze clients' technical demands.
• Appropriate technology deployment: Support clients in utilizing modern collaboration tools, migrating analog and digital processes into modern environments (Azure/Microsoft 365), migrating their data to the cloud, and enhancing their digital competence for success.
• Work in a team: You leverage your extensive experience in the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technology environment in consulting.
• Ensure a smart infrastructure: Design and integrate Microsoft cloud infrastructures based on Microsoft (Office) 365, Azure (Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, Runbooks), or Azure AD Connect.

Your Profile

• IT background: Education or studies focused on (business) informatics.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem: Several years of professional experience with Microsoft technologies, ideally in IT consulting. For senior roles, experience in a consulting firm or equivalent role in IT management consulting (strategy, control, organization, processes) and proven success as a project leader in IT organization optimization projects.
• Experience in various IT project roles: Comfortable communicating between business units and IT, with project leadership experience.
• Technological competence: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Exchange Server, Teams, etc.
• Affinity for IT infrastructure: A strong interest in modern IT infrastructures, with some initial experience in this area.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
