About the employer: Our client is a leading consulting firm specializing in compliance, financial, and risk management within the insurance and banking sectors. It is a subsidiary of one of the world's largest auditing and consulting firms.

Position:

• Transforming technical requirements in accounting, such as IFRS 9, HGB, US-GAAP, into SAP S/4HANA FPSL Financial Products Subledger configuration.
• Adjusting the FPSL data model and matching it with data from upstream systems.
• Managing and finding solutions throughout the application lifecycle: design, implementation, configuration, quality assurance, support, and further development.
• Participating in SAP FPSL implementation projects in roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, Work Package Lead, Sub-Project Manager, or IT Architect.
• Supporting proof of concepts.
• Leading medium to large customer projects within the specified area.
• Contributing to new customer acquisition and project development, as well as maintaining existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience in the banking sector as a consultant or in a line function.
• Strong expertise in accounting.
• Extensive and versatile knowledge in at least one of the following implementation areas, preferably within the SAP environment, including related technical and functional issues: e.g., SAP FPSL for financial instruments, data modeling, and financial reporting based on S/4HANA.
