• Together with our clients, you design new, sustainable organizational forms.
• You develop agile methods and tools.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in managing change and transformation processes
• A good understanding of contexts and structures in change management
• Ideally experience with agile organizations and with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• A strong hands-on mentality, initiative and willingness to travel (inter-) nationally
• Profound knowledge of MS-Office, very good communication and presentation skills as well as business fluent language skills in German and English
