We are looking for Senior Consultants and Project Managers for our sister company to accelerate the transformation and digitalization of intermodal and rail freight transport – because this is how we contribute to shifting more traffic onto rail!

• Taking ownership of project success for our clients
• Developing digitalization strategies, conducting fit-gap analyses, and providing actionable recommendations
• Ensuring effective requirements management, including the formulation of user stories
• Designing practical change and rollout concepts and supporting their implementation
• Analyzing processes, conducting optimization workshops, and initiating turnaround programs
• Evaluating rail siding, timetable, and transport concepts, and refining them to implementation readiness

Your profile

• Inspiring customers through passion, expertise, and determination
• In-depth knowledge of rail logistics, ideally in intermodal or rail freight transport
• Affinity for IT, with experience in process digitalization and digital transformation
• No fear of big challenges or attention to detail
