Your talents:

• Completed studies or training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or related fields; career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
• At least 6 years of SAP Payroll experience, including Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
• Basic consulting experience in SAP HCM preferred.
• Ability to think creatively and eagerness to learn new skills, such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in SAP payroll schema maintenance and reorganization, follow-up activities, patch implementation, and changeover execution.
• Knowledge of SAP enhancement and modification concepts is desirable.
• Independent, team-oriented work style with initiative.
• Excellent German and business-fluent English, willing to travel about 10%.
