Job Purpose/Role

We are seeking a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) with proven expertise in the claims domain to join our Performance Steering & Claims Transformation Practice Area. The role involves working on Claims Excellence projects, including digital customer interaction, process redesign, automation, and anti-fraud initiatives, impacting Allianz globally. The position involves managing projects from start to finish and delivering excellent consulting services. Candidates with an interest in IT and Generative AI are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder management, and problem resolution.
• Develop thought leadership and contribute to Allianz Consulting solutions, identifying new business opportunities and supporting pitches.
• Mentor colleagues to support their development.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in claims operations or claims-focused consultancy (P&C or L&H).
• Project management experience in various roles and settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools like Teams and WebEx.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus; additional languages are advantageous.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in change management, quality management, integration, or reorganization.
• Knowledge of business process design, mapping, analysis, and re-engineering.
• Understanding of business case development.
• International work experience (minimum 6 months).
