Your Responsibilities

1. You advise top companies in the automotive and related mission-critical industries on product development, technology change, and transformation.
2. You lead project teams with customer and Vector employees.
3. You support technical solutions such as AUTOSAR integration, tool chain, E/E architecture, standards such as functional safety, cybersecurity and UNECE, etc.
4. You analyze processes, projects and products and develop concepts for their improvement, which you implement on site with our customers in a results-oriented manner.
5. You coach companies on topics such as cybersecurity, tools and methods, ASPICE, agile and digital transformation, connectivity, etc.

Your Profile

1. You completed your studies in engineering or science with above-average success.
2. You have several years of professional experience in automotive product development.
3. You have practical experience and sound methodological knowledge.
4. You are fast in analyzing complex technology topics and continuously improve your technology competences.
5. You bring entrepreneurial competences necessary to establish sustainable business.
6. You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong communication abilities, a confident demeanor and very good English language skills.
7. You can inspire people on different hierarchy levels, and thus positively change organizations.
