Your mission

• You analyze the impact of change on organizations and employees as part of transformation and training projects, supporting the process throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• You design training strategies to achieve project goals and implement them independently using client-specific learning infrastructures such as SAP Enable Now.
• You create training materials for IT and HR topics and design full-scale learning platforms, including rollout strategies.
• You develop change management strategies focused on IT and SAP transformation and continuously contribute to enhancing our consulting offerings.
• From the very beginning, you are a key contact for clients in shaping and delivering training and change processes – from assessment to piloting and full implementation.

Your mission

Your profile

• You are passionate about learning and training and want to actively drive and embed change in organizations.
• You bring several years of experience in training and change management and have successfully led (sub-)projects.
• You are familiar with IT and SAP projects and enjoy collaborating with technical experts.
• You have strong skills in communication, facilitation, and instructional design, ensuring a high level of quality in your work.
• Ideally, you have already worked with SAP Enable Now or independently led its implementation, including administrative configuration.
