Overview

Responsibilities

1. Assist IT organizations in establishing comprehensive governance structures.
2. Develop Target Operating Models with clients for future IT operations.
3. Create target visions and roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.
4. Design and implement collaboration processes between IT and business units.
5. Coach IT leadership through organizational restructuring processes.

Qualifications

1. Successfully completed university degree.
2. Several years of experience in project management within IT organizational development, preferably in consulting.
3. Experience in guiding IT organizations through change processes.
4. Proven experience in building IT governance frameworks.
5. Ideally, experience in change management.
6. Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel.
