Responsibilities

• As a Senior Information Security Consultant, you will play a key role in developing DataGuard further by being responsible for the entire customer lifecycle for our new InfoSec SaaS product and expanding it.
• You will use our platform to advise our customers on information security in their company and create information security management systems (ISMS) "from scratch", which you will continue to support once they have been successfully set up.
• You lead our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as TISAX️ and ISO 27001.
• You support our Sales and Customer Success Team in cross- and up-selling existing customers.
• You will continuously develop our InfoSec solution by providing qualified feedback to our product team.

Profile

• You have already gained sound professional experience in the areas of IT and information security.
• You have practical experience with management systems such as TISAX️, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2.
• You have already worked in customer-related roles (consulting, project management, customer support, or similar).
• You have very good communication and presentation skills in excellent German and English.
• You have a process- and customer-oriented mindset.
• You are interested in the latest developments in IT and information security and data protection.
