Your Role as an Architecture Consultant

We are seeking an Architecture Consultant for our Workplace Team, focusing on Microsoft 365 and optionally Azure. Your main responsibilities include gathering customer requirements through use cases, personas, and processes, utilizing team experience and workshop materials, and translating these into high-level designs and roadmaps.

In addition to project work, you will participate in pre-sales activities, qualifying customer requirements to create tailored proposals. Initially, you will receive support from the team as you familiarize yourself with processes, and then work independently to identify customer needs.

Your Profile:

• Degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Workplace, Teams, Copilot), Dynamics, M365 Security, or Azure
• Customer consulting based on use cases, personas, and processes
• Experience in conducting workshops, design reviews, and creating roadmaps
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies like Scrum
• Enjoyment and experience in direct customer contact, preferably in a consulting role
• Knowledge of consulting frameworks such as TOGAF
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Expert certifications are a plus
