Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandten Bereichen.
• Mindestens 6 Jahre SAP Erfahrung, insbesondere in Payroll, Personaladministration und Zeitwirtschaft.
• Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Wartung von SAP Payroll-Schemata.

Aufgaben

• Konfiguration in Payroll (insbesondere Schemata und Zyklen) und Troubleshooting.
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen mittels SAP Solution Manager und Lösung komplexer Fälle.
• Direkter Kontakt zu Kunden und Beratung über optimierte Systeme.

• As part of our AMS Payroll team, you will impress our existing customers with your in-depth technical expertise, professionalism, personality, and your understanding of customer needs.
• Your main tasks include configuration in Payroll (especially schemas and cycles) and troubleshooting in classic Payroll follow-up activities.
• Using SAP Solution Manager, you will process customer tickets, tackling challenging cases to find the best solutions.
• You will work in a support team within our HR Application Service organization, serving customers of various sizes and industries.
• Direct customer contact is natural for you, and advising them on optimized systems motivates you.
• You actively support the ongoing development of our service offerings to provide added value to our customers.
• You assist colleagues with your knowledge on complex billing issues.

Your talents

• Completed studies or comparable training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or related fields; career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
• At least 6 years of SAP experience, especially in Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
• Basic consulting experience in SAP HCM modules is advantageous.
• Strong experience in SAP payroll schema design, maintenance, and reorganization.
• Experience with patch implementation, annual changeover, and transition activities, including to FI.
• Knowledge of SAP enhancement and modification concepts is a plus.
• Fluent German and business-fluent English; willingness to travel approximately 10%.
