Group HR is the central HR department for the national companies in the 25 EOS countries and serves as a strategic advisor to the EOS Board. We are an international team with colleagues in Hamburg and Budapest. We offer you varied and exciting tasks, challenging projects, and interesting insights into the group. We ensure an environment where you can develop and grow beyond yourself. You will be a permanent part of the team and will be involved from the very beginning.

Your Role:
  • Within the international Group HR department, you will be part of the team responsible for thedevelopment of our management.
  • A core part of your role will be the group-wide Top Talent Programme, through which we ensure the retention, visibility and networking of our high-potentials.
  • You implement performance management processes (e.g. 360° feedback) for our top executives.
  • You will design or further develop innovative concepts and lead strategic projects in people and organisational development.
  • As a Country Consultant, you will support HR directors in addressing challenges related to organisational and people development. You will also monitor the implementation of the EOS People & Culture Policy.
  • You will be based at our headquarters in Hamburg, with occasional travel to our entities in Europe for stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events.
Your Profile:
  • After your studies, you gained professional experience in strategic projects in the areas of business, organisational or people development.
  • You are eager to familiarize yourself with our business model to offer top advice in terms of people and organization.
  • You are experienced in dealing with top executives and can rely on your professional communication skills.
  • With your excellent stakeholder management skills, you can establish and maintain successful global collaboration.
  • A qualification in coaching or consulting, as well as experience in a multinational company, would be advantageous.
  • You see yourself as an „Allrounder” and are enthusiastic about a wide range of tasks in a dynamic department.
  • You have a hands-on approach, working independently and in a structured manner with clear prioritisation.
  • You demonstrate full professional proficiency in English.
