WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct consulting projects for our customers (OEMs, suppliers, etc.) in the analysis and design of development processes according to ISO 26262.
• Take on operational roles in functional safety within customer projects, e.g., as Safety Manager.
• Contribute to technical exchanges within our competence team and conduct trainings on standards and norms.
• Create concepts and develop new methods.
• Implement innovative ideas for our customers.

WHO YOU ARE

• Functional safety professional or experienced in functional safety, e.g., as a safety engineer or manager.
• Background in engineering (electrical, computer science) with knowledge of software development or embedded software.
• Practical experience in analysis and design of development processes per ISO 26262.
• Experience in requirements management and SW/HW testing is a plus.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with a sense of personal responsibility and team spirit.
• Customer and goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility.
