Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Optimierung von Lebensmittelproduktionssystemen.
• Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant in the field of Food Factories and Large-Scale Catering Facilities (m / f / d), who will take responsibility for our international projects, from analysis and requirements definition through to realization, and act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner for our clients.

Das erwartet dich

• Lead and manage projects for the development of innovative factory concepts and layouts for ( inflight ) catering facilities, industrial kitchens, convenience food production, and food factories
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize production and kitchen processes , deriving tailored solutions for our clients
• Provide strategic consulting to international clients on investment decisions, efficiency improvements, and sustainability concepts
• Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary project teams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and suppliers
• Ensure quality and consistency across all project phases and present results to decision-makers at executive level

Das bringst du mit

• University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition & Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the planning, optimization, or implementation of food production or large-scale industrial kitchens
• In-depth understanding of processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in food production and catering
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
• Proven track record in leading project teams and confidence in working with international clients at senior management level
• Business-fluent in German and English
• High willingness to travel internationally
