Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you are responsible for executing transformation projects in the Risk & Regulatory sector for our clients. You work within an organization that aims to improve working methods to be more efficient, simpler, or strategic. These objectives may include increasing revenue, reducing costs, enhancing customer satisfaction, or better risk management.

Your daily tasks include conducting complex analyses, identifying key issues, and developing relevant solutions and action plans. Additionally, you manage all relevant methodological concepts and tools and implement them at the client site. If commercial opportunities arise within your expertise, you recognize and develop them together with your team.

With several years of consulting experience, you take initiative and are not afraid to guide other consultants in achieving results and fostering personal development. You can share your acquired knowledge through internal and external training sessions.

Minimum Requirements

• You have completed your master's degree.
• You have at least 4 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry in the Risk & Regulatory area.
• You are an English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills; Dutch and French are a plus.
• The financial sector holds no secrets for you.
• You are familiar with products, trends, and processes at strategic or operational levels.
• You are capable of processing information, recognizing problems and trends, and solving complex issues.
• You enjoy working in a team but can also perform at high levels independently and are willing to share your ideas.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
