Responsibilities

• Consult clients on defining and implementing cybersecurity and information risk management systems to prepare for threats and disruptive changes.
• Advise on IT and compliance requirements for financial services firms, focusing on innovative, technology-driven processes, automation, and IT tools.
• Develop and implement business continuity and IT service continuity strategies and processes to mitigate the impact of unexpected events.
• Design sourcing strategies and manage risks in collaboration with financial institutions and their service providers, including hyperscalers.
• Work in interdisciplinary teams, solving complex problems and taking early responsibility in an international environment with major players in the German financial market.
• Create tailored, tool-based solutions that meet legal requirements in collaboration with clients.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in at least two of the following areas: AIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001, Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management.
• Results-oriented with high motivation and enthusiasm.
• Innovative thinking and willingness to explore new approaches.
• Motivation to deepen knowledge through certifications like CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, ISO 22031.
• Project management skills and understanding of processes and their interrelations.
• Optional: theoretical or practical knowledge of cybersecurity, GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira).
• Interest in the application of AI to improve processes.
