Your Role with us

As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) at Temedica, you will work closely with our medical, data, and commercial teams to define and answer critical commercial questions for our pharma clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering data-driven consulting engagements that unlock value from real-world insights and strengthen strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Define consulting opportunities together with our VP Business Development and identify high-impact client use cases.
2. Collaborate with pharma partners to clarify their core questions, determine relevant data sources, and define project scope.
3. Translate business challenges into structured project approaches, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Plan and execute consulting engagements from kick-off to results presentation – ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable impact.
5. Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (data science, medical, product) to ensure project success.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and insights to senior client stakeholders.
7. Identify, together with our VP Product, which consulting cases have the potential to be translated into scalable software products.
8. Contribute to the evolution of our consulting offering and strategic growth initiatives.

What You Bring To The Table

Must-Have

1. 2+ years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy or internal strategy/analytics role.
2. Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, especially in commercial functions (e.g., marketing, sales, launch strategy).
3. Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with structured thinking and an analytical mindset.
5. Confident communication and presentation skills, including experience with senior stakeholders.
6. Fluency in both German and English.

Nice-to-Have

1. Familiarity with real-world data, digital health, or SaaS business models.
2. Experience with data interpretation or light analytics (e.g., dashboards, KPIs).
3. Academic background in business, health economics, natural sciences or related fields.
