Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Top-Managementberatung oder interner Strategie-/Analytik-Rolle.

Your Role with us

As aSenior Consultant (f/m/d) at Temedica, you will work closely with our medical, data, and commercial teams to define and answer critical commercial questions for our pharma clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering data-driven consulting engagements that unlock value from real-world insights and strengthen strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define consulting opportunities together with our VP Business Development and identify high-impact client use cases.
• Collaborate with pharma partners to clarify their core questions, determine relevant data sources, and define project scope.
• Translate business challenges into structured project approaches, timelines, and deliverables.
• Plan and execute consulting engagements from kick-off to results presentation – ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable impact.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (data science, medical, product) to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and insights to senior client stakeholders.
• Identify, together with our VP Product, which consulting cases have the potential to be translated into scalable software products.
• Contribute to the evolution of our consulting offering and strategic growth initiatives.

What you bring to the table

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy or internal strategy/analytics role.
• Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, especially in commercial functions (e.g., marketing, sales, launch strategy).
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with structured thinking and an analytical mindset.
• Confident communication and presentation skills, including experience with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with real-world data, digital health, or SaaS business models.
• Experience with data interpretation or light analytics (e.g., dashboards, KPIs).
• Academic background in business, health economics, natural sciences or related fields.
