• 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Managementberatung.

What is your responsibility?
As Senior Consultant you will have responsibility for the whole client delivery process:

1. Supporting B2B new sales and leading RfPs.
2. Overseeing client accounts and renewals.
3. Designing and delivering client solutions in the field of culture transformation and change management.
4. Leading, growing and building your junior, external partner, and supplier team in close collaboration with your colleagues.

How do you do this?

1. Growing and renewing our existing client network to participate in RfPs and proposals and supporting actively the growth of the company.
2. Supporting our clients with the culture and people side of organizational transformations that can be the result of large scale mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, culture renewals, and/or co-designing leadership interventions supporting deep culture change.
3. Translating the organizational strategy into the (culture) change and leadership strategy and managing the execution in complex organizational contexts.
4. Co-creating outstanding results together with the client, our internal and associated partner teams.
5. Based upon a solid diagnosis and culture analytics, assessing the gap between the current and desired organizational capabilities that will need to be developed for the various personas in the organization.
6. Measuring organizational readiness and the success of the cultural and behavioral change considering new data-driven approaches.
7. Leading and growing your team and associated partner network in a servant and agile leadership style to facilitate autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
8. X-collaborate with your colleagues to build on the “existing” and bring new knowledge to the company.
9. Supporting pro-actively and passionately company growth and excellence.

For the role of the Senior Consultant you also have:

1. 7+ years of solid experience in management consulting.
2. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with business development experience and driven to build the business.
3. High resilience and advanced problem-solving skills to manage the daily challenges from uncertainties and volatile environments.
4. Strong conceptual and visualization skills.
5. Experience in managing complex senior stakeholders; you are a mature, challenging, and eagerly invited sparring partner for clients.
6. Ability to lead and deliver large commercial proposals (conceptually and financially).
7. Strong commercial drive, reflected by experience with answering client requests for proposals and having continuous commercial conversations with the client.
8. Build strong relationships with clients to successfully deliver our solutions, while keeping track of time, resources, and budget.
9. Thought leadership on the topic of culture and behavioral change and acknowledgment for successfully leading teams through large scale culture transformations.
10. Solid experience with facilitating client workshops.
11. Ability to work across disciplines (internal and external) and in an international and very diverse environment.
12. High sense of responsibility towards team members and coaching of junior colleagues.
13. Fluent in English. Fluency in German or another language is a plus.
