As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating acceptance for change so that it can be sustainably anchored in the company.


Your specific responsibilities include:

  • Advising and supporting our clients in the conception and implementation of change management measures, agile projects, and analyses.
  • Analyzing the change situation and developing change and communication strategies.
  • Managing change management initiatives, measuring their effectiveness, and deriving action recommendations.
  • Analyzing training needs and developing targeted training measures accordingly.
  • Supporting our clients in selecting suitable multipliers and accompanying them in their role as change pioneers.
  • A successfully completed degree in (business) psychology, economics, communication sciences, sociology, or similar, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in relevant areas.
  • Several years of professional experience in leading and executing change management projects.
  • Systemic additional training and/or certification as an Agile Coach, trainer for agile methods, or mediator is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in independently designing, preparing, conducting, and following up workshops.
  • Practical experience in applying agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) in multiple projects.
  • An innovative approach to analytical problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking, and a structured working style.
  • Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
