Diconium in Berlin is seeking a senior Data Engineering & Data Architecture leader to guide a cross-functional team on data-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients and product teams to translate complex data needs into scalable architectures in a cloud environment.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, project leadership, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture while delivering value for Fortune 500 clients and large enterprises.

Qualifikationen

• You have several years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Architecture – ideally in cloud environments.
• You have worked in consulting-intensive roles – either at a consulting firm or within stakeholder-heavy corporate projects – and are familiar with the dynamics of large organizations.
• You have experience working with business units, IT, and management, and can communicate complex technical topics appropriately for different audiences.
• You bring leadership experience – whether disciplinary or functional.
• You are solution-oriented, think with an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy taking responsibility and driving initiatives forward.
• You have a first or bilingual proficiency in both German and English.
