Tasks
- Management Consulting: Contribute your expertise to an experienced team delivering customer-focused, solution-oriented consulting.
- Finance and Controlling Projects: Develop tailored concepts for clients in the chemicals, pharma, and life sciences sectors, from start-ups to global market leaders.
- Performance Management: Design custom solutions, from CFO strategies and finance transformation to planning, reporting, and digital tools like predictive analytics.
- Innovation and Implementation: Contribute to internal development, new consulting approaches, or implementing innovative tools.
- Responsibility: Independently manage your areas within projects.
- Regular On-site Client Presence: At least 2 days per week on-site.
- Support Senior Project Managers: Help expand the network and support acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Chemistry, or a comparable field.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance & Controlling.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Management Consulting or In-house Consulting.
- With several years of experience, a higher career level may be attainable.
- Willingness to travel at least 2 days per week and work 1-2 days per week on-site at one of our office locations.
- Initial experience in the Chemicals, Pharma, or Life Sciences sector.
- Nice-to-have: German language skills.
