Qualifikationen

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Strategieberatung mit Schwerpunkt auf Wachstum und Marktstrategien.
  • Starke Kenntnisse in pharmazeutischen Modellen und Marktregulierungen.

How you will create an impact:

  • Project Support and Leadership: Collaborate with project teams on commercial client engagements, helping pharma and biopharma companies achieve better growth.
  • Presentation Preparation: Create compelling presentations and reports to showcase findings and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to support strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
  • Drive client engagement: Build strong relationships with clients at all levels by delivering data-driven insights.
  • Innovation: Contribute creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Expand our business: Identify new opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Learning and Development: Engage in workshops and training to enhance consulting skills and industry knowledge.

About you:

  • Experience in strategy consulting: 3-5 years in commercial consulting, with expertise in market strategy, marketing & sales, growth, market access, and pricing.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of pharma and biopharma models, regulations, and market dynamics globally.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to structure problems, interpret data, and generate insights.
  • Client-facing experience: Proven track record in leading projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Proactive and hands-on approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Communication skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
