Tasks

Are you passionate about issues related to CFO organization with a focus on accounting and controlling? Are you also interested in digitalization and the mobility transition? Then join our team and actively shape projects as a (Senior) Consultant. You will assume technical leadership for your topic within projects and be responsible for the technical quality of the project solution.The following tasks await you:

Holistic consulting for our clients on the digital transformation of the CFO's areas of responsibilityDevelopment of roadmaps, creation of technical concepts, and implementation support for projects with a focus on finance, digitalization, and mobilityOptimization of processes and technologies in the finance area with a focus on accounting and controlling as well as related functionsConducting workshops on finance-specific topics and developing solutions together with our clientsAssuming (partial) project management in exciting projects with a focus on the transformation of the finance function (e.g., interface with IT, chart of accounts conception)Consulting on accounting processes with a focus on accounting (general ledger, subsidiary ledgers) including cross-functional links (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report)Consulting on controlling processes (planning, reporting, analytics, simulation) including links to corporate management

Requirements

To be prepared for your career as a (Senior) Consultant, you have the following skills Qualifications:

Completed university degree and at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting, finance, and controlling environmentPassion for innovative technologies, digitalization, accounting, and controlling topics within the CFO's area of responsibilityExpertise in project and process management as well as in the fields of accounting and controlling; a good overview of current trends and issues in the CFO area is also desiredYour working style is professional, customer-oriented, and characterized by flexibility
