Job Description: Capital Markets Specialist

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with clients seeking digital upgrades and with a diverse international team of Accenture professionals.
• Gather requirements and documentation to understand client needs and how to meet them effectively.
• Work with clients to establish next-generation securities clearing platforms.
• Ensure alignment with upstream and downstream stakeholders throughout project implementation.

What We Expect

• University degree in business administration, management, economics, informatics, or related fields.
• Experience in a CSD (Central Security Depository) or Exchange/CCP environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of functions and processes in CCPs, and knowledge of capital market value chains, trading, collateral management, and SWIFT.
• Knowledge of capital market risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements such as Basel III.
• Familiarity with settlement systems, clearing mechanisms, and securities depository platforms like DTCC or Clearstream is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with proficiency in English.
