This is what you can expect:

• You will support as a full member of our project team in the operational management, execution, and controlling of (IT) projects within the framework of business transformation.
• You will keep topics related to compliance, processes, and deadlines in focus.
• You will organize appointments and workshops and handle preparation and follow-up within the project scope.
• You will actively contribute your technical expertise and support in preparing content.
• You will actively shape the development of Algol with your knowledge, e.g., by participating in one of our OKR squads.
• You will be part of our dynamic team with an open feedback culture and flat hierarchies.

We are looking for you as a problem solver: you bring the following:

• A completed university degree in business, (business) informatics, or a related field.
• Initial relevant professional experience in business, the public sector, or management consulting.
• Experience in (large) projects (min. 3 years) focusing on PMO, business analytics, process analysis/optimization, or similar.
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is advantageous.
• Flexibility, high motivation, teamwork skills, analytical abilities, and IT affinity.
• A high service mindset for working with clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English skills.
