Responsibilities:

1. Developing aviation strategy for airlines, airports, or MRO; sharpening future business models and identifying key capabilities for success
2. Designing end-to-end aviation processes with a strong understanding of commercial and operational aspects
3. Re-organizing airline or airport functions based on practical experience
4. Optimizing MRO processes to reduce lead times and increase aircraft availability
5. Leveraging modern technologies such as AI, robotics, IoT, UAS, or AR/VR to innovate in aviation operations and commercial areas
6. Transforming airlines, airports, and MRO organizations to deliver high performance and customer-centric services
7. Managing sub-projects, presenting to Management Board, and contributing ideas for development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in economics or (aerospace) engineering, preferably with an MBA or PhD
• Professional experience in airline, airport, or MRO management, ideally in consulting
• Experience in strategy development and implementation in aviation
• Collaborative mindset, intrinsic motivation, and team spirit
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
