• Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for aircraft, passenger and cargo drones
• Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, including streamlined product development and production processes, increased production rate and supply chain performance, digitalization of the value stream, and sustainability initiatives
• Transform functional areas and entire companies towards customer-centric thinking and efficient end-to-end processes and organizations
• Support the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects
• Foster the international aerospace community through knowledge development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by an MBA or PhD
• Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the international aerospace industry
• Strong knowledge in strategy development, implementation, process, and organizational design
• High understanding of the entire value chain
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
