• Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for aircraft, passenger and cargo drones.
• Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, i.e., streamlined product development and production processes, increasing production rates and supply chain performance, digitalization of value streams, and sustainability initiatives.
• Transform functional areas and entire companies towards customer-centric thinking and efficient end-to-end processes and organizations.
• Support the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects.
• Foster a strong international aerospace community, including specific knowledge development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by an MBA or PhD.
• Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the international aerospace industry.
• Well-founded knowledge in strategy development, implementation, process, and organizational design.
• High process understanding along the entire value chain.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are favorable.
• High willingness for domestic and international travel.
