Qualifikationen

• 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Bauprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.
• Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Detailgenauigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Leitung von Photovoltaik-Bauprojekten, einschließlich der Infrastruktur für den Netzanschluss.
• Koordination interner und externer Teams: Ingenieure, Bauleiter, Subunternehmer.

What you will do

• Lead photovoltaic construction projects, including grid connection infrastructure

• Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors
• Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones
• Oversee permits, insurances and necessary documentation before work begins
• Control deliveries, site compliance, and monitor on-site safety and quality
• Track budgets, validate invoices and run regular construction meetings

What you bring & who you are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in renewables
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Committed to high standards in quality and safety
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Fluency in German and English
