What you will do- Lead photovoltaic construction projects, including grid connection infrastructure
- Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors
- Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones
- Oversee permits, insurances and necessary documentation before work begins
- Control deliveries, site compliance, and monitor on-site safety and quality
- Track budgets, validate invoices and run regular construction meetings
What you bring & who you are- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in renewables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Committed to high standards in quality and safety
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Fluency in German and English
