We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join their team.

Senior Construction Manager - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead strategic planning and scheduling: Oversee all traditional construction schedules, aligning them with company goals; drive baseline setup, critical path identification, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct advanced controls and analytics: Manage earned value, cost forecasting, cash flow, and resource studies. Develop KPIs, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Provide direct support to the Construction Director: Serve as primary support for planning, scheduling, and controls. Prepare briefs, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses; represent him as needed.
• Enhance processes and standards: Champion continuous improvement for planning, scheduling, and controls best practices. Evaluate new tools and ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
• Foster collaboration and communication: Build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders. Clearly communicate complex data at all levels, offering guidance on scheduling and control principles
  
  

Key requirements include:

• Extensive experience in construction management, scheduling and controls.
• Strong analytical background.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering greenfield/brownfield construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of various BMS platforms, protocols, and integration technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
