As part of ENG Bauen’s European project framework and in support of our client’s multibillion-dollar investment programmes, we are partnering with a global leader in industrial and sustainable energy production and have been appointed to support the delivery of a significant processing facility valued at $1 billion, which is critical to Germany’s infrastructure.

ENG Bauen has been exclusively retained by the executive team of a global blue-chip client to appoint a Senior Construction Manager for a landmark hydrogen infrastructure and decarbonisation programme based in Germany.

This long-term freelance opportunity offers a rare chance to take on a critical leadership role in one of Europe’s most ambitious energy transition initiatives. From early FEED through construction and mechanical completion, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the construction strategy across a multi-billion-euro investment.

As a member of the project’s senior leadership team, you will lead the development and implementation of construction execution plans, oversee the performance of EPC and subcontractors, and drive key decisions that influence the entire supply chain and project outcomes.

This role requires a seasoned construction professional with a proven track record in major capital projects, preferably within energy or industrial infrastructure. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and interfacing with senior stakeholders, requiring technical depth and refined stakeholder management skills.
