United States Digital Space LLC is expanding into Germany and strengthening our Compliance Team to uphold the company's commitment to integrity and regulatory adherence.

As a Compliance professional, you will ensure operational excellence in all risk areas, provide expert guidance on governance, conflicts of interest, outsourcing, conduct risk, and collaborate with Legal to manage BaFin regulatory interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in compliance with a MiFID-regulated firm.
• Educated to degree level in Law, Finance, or Business.
• Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• At least five years of experience in a compliance-focused role with senior responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and BaFin.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Experience in international environments coordinating across time zones using digital tools.

• Ensure operational excellence in all relevant compliance areas while aligning with BaFin’s regulatory guidelines.
• Provide expert compliance advice on current and future products, services, and governance topics such as product governance, vulnerable customers, conflicts of interest, outsourcing, and conduct risk.
• Support and drive compliance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results within agreed timelines.
• Oversee the financial promotions review process, ensuring materials meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring effective implementation across the organization.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, offering tailored compliance guidance to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to manage regulatory interactions, including BaFin relations.

• Experience working in international environments, coordinating across different time zones using digital tools.
