We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Manager. This is a full-time, home-based role with frequent business travel.

• You will report to the R&D team, monitoring EU laws and regulations, ensuring technical compliance, developing standards, and coordinating with external bodies to guarantee product conformity.
• You will assist in collecting regulatory updates, coordinating testing, and liaising with foreign regulatory agencies or third-party organizations.
• You will lead overseas standard communication and regulatory meetings, stay informed on industry trends, and advise on compliance risks in energy storage.
• You will manage onsite energy storage projects, resolve issues, and conduct safety training.
• You will provide suggestions for installation, optimize processes, create standard documents, and proactively manage issues.

Your profile includes :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage, or related fields.
• At least 5 years' experience in compliance/certification, with expertise in EU energy storage certification or local compliance processes; experience in European energy storage companies is preferred.
• Knowledge of full-cycle export certification or local compliance for energy storage projects, from planning to post-sales supervision; field or installation experience is a plus.
• Strong connections with European energy storage associations and familiarity with certification bodies.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin, German, Czech, Spanish, or French is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
