We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Manager. This is a full-time, home-office position with frequent business travel.

• You will report to the R&D team and be responsible for monitoring the latest EU laws and regulations, ensuring technical compliance through regulatory implementation, interpretation, standard development, and external standard coordination, ultimately guaranteeing product conformity with relevant regulations and standards.
• You will assist the headquarters R&D team in collecting local regulatory updates, coordinating overseas testing, and liaising with foreign regulatory bodies or third-party organizations.
• You will lead overseas standard communication activities and regulatory meetings, stay updated on industry trends, disseminate regulatory information within the department, interpret developments, and provide expert recommendations on energy storage compliance risks.
• You should have onsite management capabilities for energy storage projects, resolving abnormalities and conducting awareness training on key precautions.
• You will provide suggestions for installation-related matters, optimize processes, document common issues, and conduct proactive management.

Your profile includes:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance/certification, with expertise in EU energy storage certification or local compliance processes. Prior experience in European energy storage companies is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle export certification or local compliance for energy storage projects, from planning to post-sales supervision. Field research or installation experience is a plus.
• Strong connections with European energy storage associations and familiarity with certification bodies.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin, German, Czech, Spanish, or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
