Jobbeschreibung

1、Responsible for monitoring the latest EU laws and regulations, ensuring compliance through regulatory introduction, interpretation, corporate standard development, and external standard coordination, ultimately guaranteeing the company's product conformity with relevant regulations and standards.

2、Assist the China headquarters in collecting local regulatory updates, coordinating overseas testing arrangements, and liaising with foreign regulatory bodies or third-party organizations.

3、Lead overseas standard communication activities and regulatory meetings, staying updated on industry trends, promptly disseminating cutting-edge regulatory information within the department, interpreting regulatory developments, and providing expert recommendations on energy storage compliance risks.

4、Possess on-site management capabilities for overseas energy storage projects, resolving abnormalities and conducting awareness training on key precautions.

5、Provide rational suggestions for installation-related matters, optimize processes, summarize common issues into standardized documents, and conduct proactive management.

Your profile includes :

1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage, or related fields.

2、Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance / certification, with expertise in EU energy storage certification or local compliance processes. Prior experience working in U.S. / European energy storage companies is preferred.

3、Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle export certification or local compliance for energy storage projects, from certification planning to post-sales consistency supervision. Field research or installation experience is a plus.

4、Strong connections with mainstream European energy storage associations and familiarity with the strengths of different certification bodies.

5、Strong logical thinking, communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages; German, Czech, Spanish, or French is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally.
