Isar Aerospace seeks a Senior People Compensation & HR Controlling Specialist to shape our compensation programs and HR cost planning. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, and leaders to drive governance, salary planning, budgeting and forecasting in a fast-growing international setting.

You’ll lead benchmarking, review offers, manage the annual salary cycle, govern bonuses, own budgeting and forecasting, and deliver monthly cost reporting with insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Controlling, Finance or Workforce Planning.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
