Isar Aerospace seeks a Senior People Compensation & HR Controlling Specialist to shape and operate our compensation programs and HR cost planning in a fast-growing international environment.

You will lead benchmarking, review offers, drive annual salary reviews, manage bonus programs, and own budgeting and forecasting. Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and equity programs is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Controlling, Finance or Workforce Planning.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

As a Senior People Compensation & HR Controlling Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and operating our compensation programs, and HR cost planning processes. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance and business leaders, you will drive compensation governance, salary planning, budgeting and forecasting activities while ensuring data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing international environment.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Lead salary benchmarking activities and provide market-informed compensation recommendations
