WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this position, you will play a key role in a major global transformation project that will significantly shape the future of BASF's Agricultural Solutions business. You will develop target group-specific communication initiatives for internal audiences, from top leadership to all employees, ensuring transparent information about the transformation journey.

1. You will develop target group-specific key messages and communication assets, including presentations, factsheets, FAQs, and other materials for internal stakeholders.
2. You will create, manage, and enhance content for internal communication channels such as the Intranet, MS Stream, and others, while continuously improving their functionalities.
3. You will organize and prepare global internal communication activities, including virtual info sessions and open-door events.
4. You will support regional and local communication teams with guidance on project-related communications, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
5. You will assess the effectiveness of communication strategies, monitor their performance, and make adjustments to improve impact.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• A degree in communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications.
• Strong writing, text layout, conceptual thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Familiarity with standard IT applications, with skills in content management and graphic/design software preferred.

• A gross annual salary of €48,000 - €52,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
